AutoRABIT Acceptable Use Policy

This acceptable use policy (“Acceptable Use Policy”) applies to and is incorporated by reference into the Agreement. “Agreement” means the Master Software Agreement located at www.autorabit.com/agreement, unless there is a signed agreement between the parties, in which case the signed agreement will be the Agreement.

Capitalized terms used in this Acceptable Use Policy but not expressly defined in this Acceptable Use Policy will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement. If the Agreement does not contain the exact capitalized terms as this SLA, then the Agreement’s like terms are to be interpreted with any necessary and conforming changes in relation to capitalized terms found herein.

Customer and its Users shall: (a) not allow or facilitate others to use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activity, or in a manner that violates the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights; (b) not use the Services to threaten, incite, promote, or encourage violence, terrorism, or other serious harm, or for any content or activity that promotes child exploitation or abuse; (c) not use the Services to violate or test the security, integrity, or availability of any network, system, software, or device, including through hacking or denial of service attacks; (d) not use the Services to distribute, publish, or send unsolicited mass emails, promotions, advertising, or other spam; (e) not use or access any Services for which applicable fees have not been paid; (f) use the Services only for its own internal business purposes; (g) not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Services; (h) not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works, or attempt to access the source code of the Services; (i) not use the Services to develop a competitive product or service, or to copy any features, functionality, or graphics of the Services; (j) keep, and ensure that Users keep all account login details and passwords secure at all times; (k) not publish or disclose evaluations, results, or other information about the Services without prior written consent from AutoRABIT; (l) be solely responsible for the integrity, accuracy, legality, and quality of the Customer Data; (m) be responsible for procuring any necessary consents or having other legal basis to upload and store Customer Data in the Services; (n) be responsible for ensuring that its internet connections and hardware are compatible with the Services as set out in the relevant Documentation; (o) be responsible for implementing and maintaining reasonable security precautions in connection with its use of the Services; (p) identify and authenticate all Users, approve access by such Users, promptly deactivate access to terminated personnel or known unauthorized personnel, and notify AutoRABIT immediately in writing if Customer becomes aware of any unauthorized access or use; (q) remain solely responsible and liable for the activity of its Users; and (r) not upload, transmit, or store any Restricted Information through the Services (except for use of Vault).
